Challenge Increase Employer Brand Awareness

Despite being a global technology leader in power management solutions, Eaton was an unfamiliar brand to many transitioning service members and veterans.


Hirepurpose became a force-enhancer for Eaton, allowing the recruitment team to impact veteran hiring at all levels. In addition to increasing its brand awareness, Eaton made 4 hires through Hirepurpose in 2014 and 6 hires in 2015.

Challenge Shift Veteran Perceptions From "Consumer" to "Candidate"

Verizon’s military recruiting team needed a different approach to military hiring. Their focus is on becoming a brand that relates to both consumers and job candidates, particularly the military population.


Hirepurpose was able to provide Verizon direct engagement with military members by advocating on their behalf, which allowed Verizon to make senior-level hires at a more cost-effective price.
