's Advice

I would say that there are so many transferrable life and leadership skills that you develop while being in the military and to be able to translate that to the role you are seeking is an important factor to highlight during the hiring process. I also believe that it's important to focus on some of the core values such as integrity, service before self and excellence in all you do since those are skills that you can't acquire during on the job training, but that you've likely lived and breathed during your time in the military.
