I was hired as a contractor in an entry level Talent Acquisition (TA) Business Operations Coordinator position in May 2012. I was promoted to a full time employee in May 2014 which expanded my role and gave me new global responsibilities as our system administrator. One of the biggest highlights of my time here at EMC was when the Global Talent leadership identified me as a resource to help improve recruiting and operations in Europe. I worked a four month rotation in the London office. In July of 2015, I was promoted to manage a TA team and most recently I have been a project lead for the Dell & EMC integration.
My husband, Mike, is a Captain in the United States Army where he most recently served as his company’s executive officer at 1-75 Ranger Regiment. Over the next year he will take command of a company within the 1st Special Forces group at Fort Lewis, Washington. Over the past four years we have moved 3 times and Mike has been deployed overseas three separate times for a total of 18 months. In short, it’s been a wild ride! Change is certain in our world and so it helps to have stability where you can. For me, I’ve been able to find that stability within the Military Spouse community & the Army Family Readiness Group (FRG) as well as through EMC.
