I am responsible for managing the Utility Monitoring and Control Systems (UMCS) and Maintenance and Services (M&S) accounts, particularly regarding the critical relationship with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (ACE). My job is challenging and allows me to leverage my military skills and experience, whether it’s working with the ACE, SGT, or Siemens colleagues. My experience in the Army, particularly 6 ½ years at the Pentagon, has influenced how I conduct myself as a civilian contractor. It is important to keep the needs of the customer firmly in mind, as well as the customers at various installations around the world, at the forefront of what we do. We support them, not the other way around. Having been a soldier, I know how important it is to serve on an installation that has working facilities with reliable support. I want that for the soldiers that serve our great Army now. This isn’t just a job for me. It’s personal.
