My military training has inspired me to lead by direction, delegation, and motivation while working at Wells Fargo. During my enlistment in the United States Army, I learned to partner with individuals regardless of race, gender, geographic origin, ethnic background, religion, economic status, mental, physical, and attitudinal capabilities, which has helped me to develop a strong value system, work ethic, and an unparalleled level of integrity and loyalty. As a military veteran, I understand that genuine teamwork grows out of responsibility to one’s colleagues.


Education- The education I obtained serves as a foundation that I continue to use to build upon for my career. 
MBA- Human resources studies from Strayer University, Richmond, VA. 
Memberships- my memberships with Direct Employers (DE), Equal Employment Advisory Council (EEAC), and Mercer, helps me stay abreast of regulatory obligations with the federal government and provide guidance to internal partners at my company on understanding and complying with their EEO and affirmative action obligations.
