About

I provide affirmative action (AA) and equal employment opportunity (EEO) expertise and partner with internal/external clients to enhance Wells Fargo’s commitment to our Vision and Values.  As a steward of AA and EEO policies and practices, I help facilitate resolutions that reflect company values and balance team member expectations, business needs, and legal compliance. Also, I foster and strengthen the partnership among the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and other government agencies with private industry to enhance cooperative compliance efforts in a proactive way.

Advice

My military training has inspired me to lead by direction, delegation, and motivation while working at Wells Fargo. During my enlistment in the United States Army, I learned to partner with individuals regardless of race, gender, geographic origin, ethnic background, religion, economic status, mental, physical, and attitudinal capabilities, which has helped me to develop a strong value system, work ethic, and an unparalleled level of integrity and loyalty. As a military veteran, I understand that genuine teamwork grows out of responsibility to one’s colleagues.
