What you will do:
You will be responsible to drive key programs for the enablement of differentiated support delivery.
The programs span across systemic capabilities, process improvements and resource planning.
You will translate strategic inputs into executable plans, identify and influence stakeholders, define profitable delivery models and business case for investments, drive on-ground execution and communicate progress to executive levels.
You will provide thought leadership in evolving AI and Data Science as core components of support in a SaaS and cloud centric world.
You will drive transformation of support to proactive, predictive holistic and personalized engagements.
Who you will work with:
You will work directly with senior executives in a small peer group of high performing mangers with strong pedigree in SaaS and Cloud support. You will engage with multiple teams across the Engineering, IT and Support orgs at senior levels on an ongoing basis.
Who you are:
You will have at least 10+ years driving transformational projects in the support space.
You will have deep understanding of SaaS and Cloud.
You will have knowledge of connected products and associated support architectures including orchestration of AI and predictive analytics within support workflows.
You will have excellent communications skills with ability to engage at senior levels across the org.
You will have fantastic presentation and visualization skills.
You will have ability to work with moderate degree of ambiguity and ability to influence across orgs.
You will have capability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced environment with high degree of autonomy.
You will have Scrum Master and PMP certification as well as experience with Devops models.
