Adecco Direct Hire is recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client in the manufacturing world for the position of 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician in Lexington, NC. Qualified candidates for this opportunity will have experience as a Maintenance Technician in a Plastics/Injection Molding Manufacturing facility. Our client is looking to interview and hire quickly! The additional duties and responsibilities are as follows: Support, strengthen and advance the mission and operating philosophy of the team. Abide by all regulations within the Employee Handbook. Participate in required training programs. Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment in plant to include: Electrical Pneumatic Hydraulic Mechanical Perform PMs on plant equipment to include: Changing oil and filters. Inspection of all electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic components. Maintain safety features on equipment. Maintain records on repairs and PMs to meet the requirements of the Quality Management System. Perform any other plant PM or repairs to include: Lighting. Panels and switchgear. Auxiliary equipment. Maintain TPI cleanliness standards at all times. Support production as needed. Communicate between shifts to ensure a smooth turnover. Assist in the implementation of new equipment, processes and projects. Abide by all regulations within Employee Handbook. Have flexibility to complete projects and tasks as assigned. Follow all safety rules and use appropriate safety equipment at all times. Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum two years of experience. Ability to read electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic prints. Forklift training. Good organizational skills Ability to communicate and work well with others. Overhead crane training.
