Performs secretarial and clerical duties for one or more people. Answers and places telephone calls and makes appointments. Distributes mail, receives visitors, maintains files, and prepares reports and correspondence. Familiar with fax machines, copiers and basic office equipment. Utilizes an electronic or memory typewriter. Answers phones and takes messages, opens and distributes mail and maintains files and records. Gathers information and performs simple calculations. Familiar with fax machines, copiers and basic office equipment. Assist Branch Operations Manager with administrative duties, Assist Project Manager with freight, tracking, paper work for projects & other functions.
May include some work in our warehouse reconciling inventory.
May include lifting up to 50lbs. Some accounting experience would be helpful, but not required. Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint a plus.
