Position Summary: CVS Health Specialty Pharmacy, a mail service pharmacy in the Monroeville area, has an opportunity available for a
full time 340B Senior Coordinator within the 340B Billing & Reimbursement team. As a 340B Senior Coordinator, you will be responsible for completing routine and AdHoc report analysis related to specialty pharmacy billing and collections within the 340B program. As part of the billing and reimbursement team, you will work in a fast paced and team focused
environment to ensure timely and accurate reporting, escalation of issues and claims resolution.

The key responsibilities of the 340B Senior Coordinator are:
-Monthly claim audits of 340B Administrators and Covered Entities, generating summaries and trending of audit
results and recommending appropriate resolution.
-Completing ad hoc and routine report analysis of 340B claims based on identified issues and requests from external
-Completing daily claims reconciliation including identify and escalating any system or process errors.
-Resolving claim processing errors, rejections, denials and open AR balances related to the 340B program.
-Completing routine updates within the AR system including updates to patient and covered entity data.
Located in the Monroeville Facility, this opportunity also provides free parking. Required Qualifications: 2 + years of experience in reimbursement or patient accounting required
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with a healthcare reimbursement system preferred
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
- Ability to interact and communicate with stakeholders over the telephone, often in stressful situations
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to use independent judgment to manage and impart confidential information
- Ability to work independently; under minimal supervision
- Experience using MS OFFICE applications including the ability to make sense of large datasets using filters, highlighting, add columns and insert formulas into Excel Spreadsheets
- Ability to complete projects and adhere to deadlines
- Proactively seeks new responsibilities and challenges
- Willingly accepts change
- Shows initiative in identifying areas of opportunity and willingly offer assistance
Education: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.
