Our customer has an immediate opening for a Help Desk/Customer Support Specialist opportunity in the Knoxville area. Candidates must have open availability to work 3rd shift Monday-Sunday.

Top Skills
  • Customer Service: The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years with providing excellent customer service.
  • Basic Software Support Knowledge required: The ideal candidate will be familiar with PC operating systems and networking.
  • Flexibility: The ideal candidate must be available to 24/7 shifts
  • Stable Work History

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance to customers with day to day operation of software via email and phone
  • Sense of urgency due to a high call volume
  • Ability to communicate with customers quickly and efficiently to allow them to continue with their day

  • Familiar with PCs, PC operating systems and networking
  • Basic IT knowledge required
  • Ability to learn quickly, problem solving skills, and excellent communication skills are required.
