YOUR ROLE: Digital Account Manager/Engagement Lead

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 8 years Creative Services, Project Management, or Account Management experience
  • Minimum of 8 years client-facing experience in consulting firm, creative/digital agency, or similar company.
  • Minimum of 8 years in a supervisory role
  • High level of professionalism, reliability and attention to detail
  • Experience with onshore/offshore delivery models
  • Excellent knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of Project Management
  • Issue resolution skills are essential
  • Seeking for improving their skills
  • Proactive thinking and behavior
  • Ability to adapt to client culture, and be flexible to changes
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
