Adecco is assisting a local Client in their searchfor an IT Access and Identity Management Engineer (Cisco TACACS, Radius, AD) to work in Englewood, CO. This position is for Adecco's client who is a Leading Provider of Cable TV Services and Broadband Connectivity in the USA. Job Description:
Responsible for Identity and Access Management engineering and operations activities that protect the company's voice, video and Internet Service Provider networks and systems. Works closely with network engineering and technical operations staff to design and implement common solutions for authentication, authorization, and accounting to intelligently control access to computer resources, enforce access policies, audit usage, and provide the appropriate security event logs to trace access behavior.
Designs and implements identity and access management systems and tools used by Network Operations, such as TACACS, and provides ongoing system support, including upgrades and patches.
Designs, implements and operates multi-factor authentication systems according to corporate enterprise security standards and provides ongoing system support, including upgrades and patches.
Centralize numerous access controls systems in place today with a common authentication framework and platforms.
Maintains granular access controls to ensure least privileged access to Network Operations systems.
Manages the onboarding and offboarding activities of devices and users for the identity and access management solutions.
Performs routine audits of users to ensure
Ensures compliance with security standards, policies and procedures.
Adheres to industry specific local, state, and federal regulations, as applicable.
Required Qualifications:
Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner
Position requires in-depth knowledge of Cisco TACACS, Lightweight Directory Acess Protocol (LDAP), RADIUS, and Active Directory.
Must understand authentication protocols, such as SAML, CHAP and Kerberos
Must have demonstrated experience in managing identity and access management solutions for large and sophisticated networks
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to work across functional boundaries, build consensus and drive results
Must have good written and verbal communication skills and should have good presentation skills
Must be a problem solver, able to balance competing priorities, have a strong process orientation and be able to manage through complexity and rapid change
High School Diploma or GED;
B.S. Degree in Information Systems or CNE (Certified Network Engineer) or CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification, preferred
3+ years experience in multiple LAN environment as a Network Engineer or Security Administrator
