Access Marketing Senior Manager

As a member of the US Value & Access team, the Access Marketing Senior Manager reports into the Access Marketing Director and is responsible for developing Access tools and resources to support the Bone Health franchise (Prolia® and romosozumab). This role will primarily be responsible for developing and implementing new co-pay programs in addition to acting as the lead for launch activities and resources in support of romosozumab.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead execution of Access Marketing resources to support Bone Health franchise
Lead for MAC submissions for BCBU semester meetings, romosozumab launch meeting and other ad hoc training
Lead for Co-Pay program execution and vendor management
Work with internal and external partners to provide guidance to budgeting process and to report on performance to budget
Work cross functionally with multiple groups including the brand marketing, medical communications, market research, sales operations, and sales training teams
Works with internal partners to ensure all programs meet Amgen legal, regulatory, and compliance standards
Partnering with the Director responsible for launching product and to ensure coordination for messaging and tools
Serving as an adviser to the field on matters/issues on payers or access support services
Basic Qualifications
Doctorate degree and 2 years of Biopharmaceutical Marketing or Access and Reimbursement experience OR
Master's degree and 4 years of Biopharmaceutical Marketing or Access and Reimbursement experience OR
Bachelor's degree and 6 years of Biopharmaceutical Marketing or Access and Reimbursement experience OR
Associate's degree and 10 years of Biopharmaceutical Marketing or Access and Reimbursement experience OR
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Biopharmaceutical Marketing or Access and Reimbursement experience
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years working closely with marketing, compliance, healthcare company or related industry experience
Confidence in working with staff at all levels
Demonstrated self-starter, ability to work under limited supervision and coordinate multiple projects in a detail oriented environment
Experience leading or being a member of a cross-functional project team
Experience working with key internal or external partners, establishing, communicating and managing teams to timelines and project targets
Experience critically evaluating process and establishing creative solutions
Advanced skills and familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Utilization of Project Management tools, methodologies, and practices
Strong project management skills, lead and manage projects from concept to completion in a matrix and, at times, ambiguous environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly and effectively present information
Quick learner, proactive, takes initiative, goal oriented and results driven
Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, active listening, and relationship management skills
Ability to influence others while fostering a value-based environment of high performance and fairness
