Current Need

The Account Coordinator is a sales facing customer care role and serves as the administrative arm of sales. The representative will be responsible for daily/weekly/monthly reporting based on the customer and the assigned territory sales teams’ needs.  Daily use of BW and the SAP reporting software composes 80% of the position.  The Account Coordinator must also be responsible for managing the email to case queue in SalesForce for multiple requests. 

The Account Coordinator acts as a liaison to facilitate orders, credits, returns, etc for their assigned territory.  This will include but is not limited to:  Master Data, Pricing, Contract Administration, Onboarding and the Drop Ship Team.

The Account Coordinator Role requires strong Excel Skills including formatting, the use of multiple functions, charts and various tables.  They must be able to work under a restrictive time schedule and work well under pressure.   They are also required to monitor and resolve assigned SalesForce cases in their queue and manage any stretch projects or assignments as given to them by their supervisor.

As both an internal and external customer facing member of the MSH team, the Account Coordinator is to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. The Agent is to treat both internal and external customers with empathy and always strive to provide our customers first call resolution.

  1. Works directly with the Inside and Outside Sales team in order to provide sales data and reporting to aid in sales growth as well as the maintenance of existing business.
    1. Pulling Data from SAP for MA and QBR’s  and Ad-Hoc Reporting
  2. Receives calls via direct line and assigned queues.
  3. Monitors assigned email to case SalesForce Queues
    1. Ensures that the assigned queues are worked on a regular basis.
  4. Responsible for back office updating for the customer base.
    1. Master Data case opens for account updates and changes
    2. Customer Center Credentialing
    3. Customer Training for Customer Center
  5. Completes ongoing training as assigned.
    1. Complete assigned CCCE courses in a timely manner.
  6. Participates as an active member of assigned team.
    1. Attends all team meetings.
    2. Prepares for monthly 1:1’s with supervisor.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / College Degree Preferred
  • 4+ Years of Customer Care Experience and/or Direct Experience with Sales
  • Complex problem Solving Skills
  • General Computer and Keyboarding Skills
  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills
  • Ability to Multitask
