The Account Coordinator role supports Retiree Sales Account Managers and Sales Executive in all aspects of servicing and managing clients, ensuring that THP provides outstanding service to all constituents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS* (in order of importance)
Functions as primary contact for clients and brokers in channeling enrollment for Retiree Sales. Works closely with Senior Products and Commercial enrollment and premium billing teams to process new and existing clients and members.
Assists Account Managers in the planning and coordination of annual renewal process. Some participation in covering member health fairs and meetings. Assists Sales Executive in on boarding new clients.
Assists clients and brokers in resolution of escalated member issues
Responsible for key projects including CMS compliance, Medicare Secondary Payer annual audit, CMS annual Data Validation submission and Retiree Drug Subsidy coordination with clients and CVS Health.
