GENERAL SUMMARY�Drives account growth to targeted credit-worthy lease customers to achieve revenue goals in assigned geography, segment and/or product area. Structures and prices complex transactions with in depth knowledge of lease vs. buy and types of leases. Accountable for managing a portfolio of leases and initiating new leases or renewals. Works with sales account teams and educates them on the benefits of leasing. Asset management duties include the sales, lease or license of software compliance products (software licenses) and related software maintenance. In addition to sales background incumbents must have solid understanding of financial concepts.��PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES�Responsible for implementation of demand creation programs and initiatives established by the Global Financial Services Organization in a specific assigned geography�Works with the local direct and indirect sales organization to identify opportunities to implement direct EMC leases with customers, as well as opportunities to swap out non-EMC storage as well as existing EMC storage�Responsible for the identification of opportunities with end users to drive revenue for EMC through partnering with local third party Lessors and Resellers in order to get business from their imbedded client base�Will work closely with the entire local sales organization in order to proactively participate in structuring transactions in order to maximize EMC's revenues and margins�Can reach appropriate resolution in many varied situations without damaging internal or external relationships�Leverages appropriate EMC offerings and expertise to objectively address customer needs in an effort to become their trusted advisor�Required to use technical acumen, relationship development, and consultative/Solutions selling skills to facilitate our transition to a solutions-based engagement model�Can effectively interface at many levels with senior managers SKILLS Ability to prioritize projects and/or deliverables.
