The Military Channel is an important and unique part of Coca-Cola's business and heritage. This position is a pivotal role on the CCNA Military Channel team. The channel can be complex and requires significant collaboration between our account teams, cross functional teams and bottling partners across multiple channels and customers.
The focus of this role is to ensure that our bottling partners have all they need to be successful with DeCA, the Military large store customer and that they execute to levels which deliver to our agreed plans. This includes a deep understanding of our Head Office agreements as well as a deep understanding of the bottlers businesses. This role will be responsible for weekly and monthly governance routines - setting agendas, creating communication material, running meetings and documenting minutes and actions. There is at least 50% domestic travel, in order to meet with the bottling partners in the field. This role will also ensure execution is measured and that we steward areas for improvement.
This role is also responsible for our relationship with Acosta Sales and Marketing. Acosta manages execution in Military stores internationally. Previous experience with brokers would be helpful.
The successful candidate will have experience with the US bottling system and an understanding of how to optimize results in the field. They will also be familiar with the DSD business - an understanding of foodservice would be beneficial.
