As a Marketing Solutions Account Manager, you play a critical role in an account team as the clients' trusted advisor and champion. You manage the day-to-day operations of your team and partner to develop, execute and manage complex marketing campaigns on our platform. Your deep understanding of your clients' business objectives and analytical mindset will shape future marketing strategies through data driven insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities :
Manage Customer Success
  • Build solid customer relationships with client direct and their agencies acting as an important point of contact for customers' day-to-day needs
  • Launch, analyze, monitor and optimize customers' advertising campaigns and marketing programs
  • Conduct client meetings to communicate campaign performance, insights and opportunities on our platform
  • Maintain expertise across the Marketing Solutions product portfolio
Provide Customer-centric Recommendations:
  • Identify and up-sell relevant, incremental marketing opportunities to clients
  • Support Renewal of client campaigns based on campaign performance data and potential to help client meet their objectives
Internal Leadership & Leverage
  • Work effectively in a cross-functional capacity including key partnerships with sales, marketing, finance, ad-ops, product, solutions and insights
  • Manage the operations of an account team to ensure customer delight and success
  • Represent the voice of our clients to help shape product enhancements
Basic Qualifications :
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business or related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience with 2+ years in the commercial digital space
Preferred Qualifications :
  • MA/MS/MBA degree
  • Experience with demand generation and lead generation
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape, marketing automation, LinkedIn's marketing solutions and competitive advantage
  • Proven relationship building skills with agencies and client direct and various levels of seniority
  • Proven track record of client customer success, stakeholder management and ability to drive incremental revenue
  • Ability to distill and translate complex data into compelling insights and strategic recommendations
  • Known as a thought leader who provides customized recommendations to drive customer success and product innovation
  • Strong communication, analytical, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
