+ Assists with the development and implementation ofsales strategies to increase sales and profits through major accounts.
+ Assists with the development of short and long rangesales goals.
+ Builds strong customer relationships.
+ Responsible for training customers and sales personnel.
+ Handles special projects, as assigned.
+ High School Diploma or above.
+ 4+ years working in Oil and Gas and/or UpstreamChemicals.
+ 3+ years' experience in a related field.
+ Discuss the use of products, emphasizing productfeatures based on analyses of customers' needs and on knowledge of productcapabilities
+ Knowledge of competitive market
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to build strong relationships with bothinternal and external customers.
+ Strong negotiating skills
+ Ability to build strong relationships with both internaland external customers
+ Demonstrated understanding of sales process and abilityto close business.
+ Fundamental knowledge of commercial and contractlanguage.
+ Good mathematical and technical aptitude.
+ Must be a self-starter.
+ Ability to coach others.
+ Team player.
+ Graduate level Degree.
+ 5+ years' experience working in the Upstream Chemicalsproduct line.
+ Existing knowledge of customer base.
