The Inside Sales Representative, Channel, is responsible for all sales activities in an assigned market at a dedicated partner site. Their primary mission is to drive demand and revenue with our channel partner into installed and net new accounts
Principal Accountabilities:
May focus on new account development and/or expanding existing accounts
Works with dedicated partner to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities
Develops, motivates and coordinates sales team and channel sales team to optimize sales execution
Interfaces with the channel to ensure that service level agreements are met
Develops the relationship between the company and the partner, influences partner to promote company solutions
Training and partnership with the partner representatives
Principal Responsibilities:
Builds and develops relationships with a dedicated partner and maintains contact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, basic issue resolution, and footprint expansion
Develops territory plan to identify key target markets and plans sales campaigns to drive demand for a dedicated partner
May assist junior colleagues in plan development
Performs outbound sales activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up, sales qualifications, and offer extensions to existing or new customers
Accurately updates and utilizes to track all sales activities
Meets quota goals in an assigned market with a specific partner and ensures sales targets/objectives are achieved quarterly and annually
Assist partner to efficiently navigate RSA's people, process, and technologies
Act as a brand ambassador for RSA at dedicated partner
