In this role, the Accountant provides management with financial information by researching and analyzing accounts; preparing financial statements, journal entries, detailed reports and account reconciliations.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparation of various financial and analytical reports for management review
Preparation and/or review of journal entries
Maintains the integrity of the general ledger and trial balance
Processes weekly and monthly accounting month/year end closes
Processes, records and maintains all transactions relating to multiple business in multiple industries
Perform technical research
Review various reconciliations for accuracy and validity on a monthly basis
Assist in special projects, as needed
