Job Description
We are looking for an Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a self-starter, and a team player. This individual must also enjoy working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and contributing to product development.

Responsibilities of the position:
  • Support the month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes
  • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare journal entries in compliance with GAAP
  • Perform month-end general ledger account reconciliations; investigate and resolve variances in general ledger accounts
  • Prepare reconciliations for bank accounts, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, deferred rent and accrual accounts
  • Coordinate with various departments, including Treasury, FP&A, Facilities and Accounts Payable teams for proper recording of transactions in the general ledger
  • Support SOX compliance efforts and perform internal control procedures
  • Assist with audits, including preparing work papers for the auditors and analyzing data. Collaborate with internal team and external auditors to ensure successful audit results
  • Perform various ad hoc projects as requested

Education and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • 5-10 years of accounting experience including public accounting; software and/or SaaS industry preferred
  • Experience using large ERP system
  • Proficiency with MS Excel
  • Knowledge of foreign currency revaluation and translation
  • Experience with tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work with limited supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Collaborative team player; ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • An eagerness to learn and take on challenges in a rapidly-growing and dynamic environment
