Accounting / Administrative Assistant needed for locally based, growing real estate development firm! This is an excellent opportunity to sign-on with a client that has hired from us before! Description/Job Duties • Part receptionist duties, probably 15% • General office administrative work • 15% reception • 70% general admin • 15% T E • Field phone calls and direct them to the correct person • Mail/fax distribution • Ordering office/kitchen supplies • Tracking invoices • Filing/ organizing • Tracking tax returns • Scanning lease agreements and following up • Travel and expense reimbursements Software: MS Office QuickBooks Salesforce experience preferred, but not required Keywords: accounting clerk, accounting specialist, accounting, accounts payable, travel and expense, administrative assistant
