Accountemps has an opening for an Accounting Clerk, whose main responsibility would be to support the daily functions of a department. Accountemps is currently seeking a stellar Accounting Clerk/Admin assistant to join a great printing and office supply company! This Accounting clerk would be doing accounting duties such as billing, collections, assisting with Accounts Payable, posting payments, invoicing and helping collect time cards. Administrative duties would include answering lights phones, filling, data entry, scheduling meetings and labeling. The ideal candidate would be detail oriented, work well with others, be able to handle multiple tasks at once, and want to expand their accounting career. This is a full-time position that would start beginning of January.
