Responsibilities for the Accounting Clerk are:
Data Enter information from effort reports
Help maintain a log of outstanding reports
Send out emails with questions concerning incomplete effort reports
Requirements for Accounting Clerk are:
Prior accounting clerk experience dealing with effort reports or similar work experience
Must be detail oriented
Strong and accurate data entry of number oriented information
The accounting clerk position will work from Mid January to Mid February and will work Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with one hour set lunch break. Pay starts at $16.00/hour
