Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
  • 3 years of experience in Accounting with a large global organization.
  • 2 years of experience in process documentation or process design.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in process improvement projects using Lean or Six Sigma practices.
  • Experience in process documentation using MS Visio
  • 2 years of experience of working on a complex accounting ERP system
  • Prior experience of working with global teams
  • Experience of working in NetSuite desirable
  • Strong Communication skills both oral and written and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to execute complex process with extreme degree of accuracy
  • Ability to dive into details of operations
  • Ability to meet multiple, demanding deadlines simultaneously
