Description
  • Assists Unit Controller with daily and weekly sales and expenses accounting tasks.
  • Payroll benefits calculations, tracking and report input.
  • Auditing sales and change funds at locations.
  • Assisting in cash counting and posting sales.
  • Processing invoices for payment in the accounts payable department.
  • Match up the Purchase Order or Purchase Voucher to the invoice while checking to be sure the amount charged is the same as on the PO or PV.
  • Make sure all items have been received.
  • Code invoice properly from the PO or PV.
  • Prepare Price Variance Form if needed.
  • Input Invoices into the payable system.
  • Reconcile vendor statements.
  • Researching payments as needed.
  • Input TJV data into TJV system.
  • Filing.
  • Assist with monthly closing of records.
  • Communications with vendors regarding issues with payment, invoices.
  • Communications with other Aramark components.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Computer knowledge.
  • 10 key calculator.
  • Customer skills.
  • Phone skills
  • Some accounting knowledge.
  • Know and comply with all company policies and procedures regarding. safety, security, emergencies and energy.
  • Report to work on time and in complete uniform.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • High School diploma required.
  • MS Office Experience with proficiency in Excel required.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills required.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with others.
  • Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, with strong organizational skills are required.


Qualifications
  • Previous cash handling experience is mandatory
  • Must display the utmost integrity due to the handling of large sums of cash
  • Ability to stand and work continuously in confined spaces
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include days, nights, evenings and weekends
