Enabling Solutions Operations Accounting & Tax Services is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support the Group Insurance disability functions and business unit initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the accounting and banking functions related to the disability Third Party Administrators and the Administrative Services Only (ASO) product, and collaborating with stakeholders to communicate and resolve issues.
· Complete daily, weekly and monthly proofs and reconciliations.
· Act as the accounting and banking liaison with third party administrators
· Support the new account set-up and on-going support and reconciliation processes for the Administrative Services Only business in relation to accounting and banking
· Maintain standard operating procedures
· Provide project management support
