A property management company in east Louisville has an opening for an Accounts Payable Associate to join their Accounting team. The property management company is experiencing rapid growth and offers outstanding benefits once hired on! The Accounts Payable Associate will be reporting to the Asset Manager and will be managing the accounts payable process from start to finish using Timberline. The Accounts Payable Associate will perform the following duties: 1. Receive and document individual invoices 2. Enter invoices into Timberline 3. Match invoices with purchase orders, where applicable, purchase order requisitions, where applicable, and evidence of receipt of goods or services 4. Prepare and print accounts payable checks 5. Maintain and file all invoices and other applicable supporting documentation 6. Answer inquiries from internal customers regarding accounts payable and related matters
