Accountemps has an exceptional opportunity for a long term temporary Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk to join the team at a recognized company. The Accounts Payable Clerk will update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, process checks, process expense reports, resolve A/P issues, and match and batch code. We seek out ambitious professionals who are creators, leaders, and pioneers. Located in Irvine, the Accounts Payable Clerk will be a long term temporary employee. Responsibilities include: - Manage the process of verifying, logging, and mailing checks, including expediting special handling - Open, organize, and distribute department mail daily - Ensure invoices, checks, and other documents are properly sorted, logged, photocopied, and filed - Ensure compliance with Company policies while carrying out daily processes and controls accurately and on time - Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs - Assist with internal and external audits as needed - Complete special projects on an as-needed basis - Handle administrative and clerical tasks for the AP/Finance Department To be considered, please send your resume to Kevin.Su@Accountemps.com.
