Accountemps has an exceptional opportunity for a short term temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to join the team at a recognized company. A successful Accounts Payable Clerk will match and batch code, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. Excellent communication, written and verbal are a must, as well as building relationships with vendors and other departments. Based out of the Irvine, the Accounts Payable Clerk will be a temporary opening and will start immediately. Key responsibilities include: - Validate, record and send checks, including expediting special handling - Ensure invoices, checks, and other documents are properly sorted, logged, photocopied, and filed - Open, sort, and deliver department mail on a daily basis - Primarily assist the AP/Finance Department with administrative and clerical tasks - Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring Company policies are followed To be considered, please send your resume to Kevin.Su@Accountemps.com.
