**To be considered, please email an updated resume in Word format directly to Jolie Wong at A rapidly growing real estate property acquisition giant in the San Francisco area is looking for an experienced accounts payable professional with a solid accounting history to join the real estate property accounting / finance team as an Accounts Payable Clerk!

Main Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk: •Processes accounts payable and incoming payment information in compliance with financial policies and procedures. •Monitors the accounts payable process to ensure payments are sent accurately on time. •Assists in verifying of invoices and obtaining approvals prior to process payments. •Creates new vendor requests and provides vendor statements as necessary. •Records accounts payable information in accounting software (data entry). •Provides customer service to internal business partners. •Provides internal and external audit assistance as required. •Review and match payments. •Reconcile vendor statements. •Maintain vendor files. •Sort, log, photocopy, and file invoices, checks, and other documents. •Assist with any administrative, financial and clerical tasks / special projects as required by the accounting finance team.
