Processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, processing checks, resolving A/P issues, and matching and batching code are just a few of the responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk. Responsibilities - Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner; ensuring compliance with Company policies - Open, organize, and distribute department mail daily - Provide administrative and clerical assistance to the AP/Finance Department - Provide internal and external audit assistance as required - Handle the customer service needs of internal business partners - Organize, register, photocopy, and file invoices, checks, and other documents - Perform special projects as assigned - Manage the process of verifying, logging, and mailing checks, including expediting special handling
