The Accounts Payable Clerk will process expense reports, resolve A/P issues, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, process checks, and match and batch code. Responsibilities - Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling - Maintain proper storage of invoices, checks, and other documents by organizing, logging, photocopying, and filing them - Provide support during internal and external audits - Ensure compliance with Company policies while carrying out daily processes and controls accurately and on time - Support the AP/Finance Department by completing administrative and clericals tasks - Provide support to internal business partners - Perform special projects as assigned - Open, sort, and deliver department mail on a daily basis
