Our client is seeking a short term temporary-to-fulltime Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk to become an essential part of a rapidly growing team at a dynamic company. Matching and batching code, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, processing checks, and resolving A/P issues are just a few of the responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk.This is a fantastic role and you will have the opportunity for career growth and quick advancement within this dynamic department. Responsibilities - Facilitate internal and external audits as needed - Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it - Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring Company policies are followed - Organize, register, photocopy, and file invoices, checks, and other documents - Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling - Handle the customer service needs of internal business partners - Primarily assist the AP/Finance Department with administrative and clerical tasks - Complete special projects on an as-needed basis If you'd like to be considered for this opportunity, please send your resume to:
