A dynamic property management company located in Fort Washington, PA is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk. The Accounts payable clerk is a temporary to full-time opportunity. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for but is not limited to the following: Key responsibilities - Matching, batching, and coding of daily invoices - Performing weekly check runs - Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it - Provide customer service to internal business partners - Internal billing - Provide administrative and clerical assistance to the AP/Finance Department - Help with internal and external audits as required The ideal Accounts Payable Clerk will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have the ability to handle a high volume of invoices, and display excellent written and verbal communication skills.
