Adecco is assisting a local client (who nationwide sells the stuff in all furniture that makes it comfortable!) in recruiting for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivables/Credit Assistant in Richmond. This is for a temp-to-hire opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career. As a Accounts Receivables/Credit Assistant, you will research outstanding credits and identify company information for the credits. This is a "think outside the box," research-heavy, position that will require an analytical billing perspective. Responsibilities of an Accounts Receivables/Credit Assistant are:

-We are looking for candidates with RECENT account receivables/credit processing (not collections) experience
-Requires someone with good critical thinking skills, ability to work on their own and be a problem solver.
-You will be using spreadsheets and computer databases, researching through Google and court records and calling companies to help determine how to get the credit to them, oftentimes to companies that have gone out of business or bankrupt.
-There is a back log for this project - lasting on average 6 months, into the summer of 2017.
-Pay is $15/hour and there are many opportunities to be brought on permanently based on work performance.


- 1-2 years RECENT experience preferred in ACCOUNTS RECIEVABLES / CREDIT
- Researcher, problem solver, good math skills
- Team player
