Successful agents can expect to become a full-time Specialty Team within six to nine months! Please note this is not a permanent part time role.
In this inbound customer service position great candidates must have: A helpful and friendly customer service focused attitude. An ability to connect and engage, on a short phone call, with our valued Discover Card members. No Specific Experience is Required. As a Part Time Customer Service Representative you will:
  • Answer customers inquiries regarding purchases they do not recognize
  • Assist card members with identifying charges and provide options to customers on how to resolve
  • Take payments from card members
  • Gain valuable customer service/call center experience
  • Promote a risk-aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.
Skills Required:
  • For this inbound Part-Time Customer Service position, ideal candidates must have:
  • A Helpful and friendly customer service focused approach
  • An ability to connect and engage, on a short phone call, with our valued Discover Card members
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with keyboarding/typing
  • The capability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment
  • Excellent organizational skills

Work Schedule: Part-Time 25-29 hours per week between the hours of 3pm-11pm.Weekend and holiday scheduling is required to meet business needs. Please note this part-time customer service position is scheduled to start November 6th, 2017.
