This is a contract position lasting between 5 - 9 months with the possibility of turning into a permanent position for the right candidate.

Adecco¿s Staffing Onsite Supervisor essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
•Daily supervision and handling of temporary employees through policy administration while balancing a high level of Associate and client care onsite at Stanley Electric.
•Lead employee orientations, conduct first day new hire processes and maintaining Adecco and Stanley Electric software programs with up to date information.
•Fill and service client orders, process Associate weekly payroll and submit reports in a timely manner
•Maximize use of Adecco¿s office technology to ensure optimum, cost-effective, timely and high quality results
•Act as liaison between Adecco and client as well as maintaining strong communication with recruiters in local branch
•Ensure that financial goals and objectives are met or exceeded while ensuring full compliance on all Adecco and client policies and procedures.
•Perform site safety evaluations and promotes safe workplace practices
•Attend weekly management production meetings and safety meetings as required
•Escalate challenges and problems to the client and Adecco¿s management teams
•Ability to work a flexible schedule and embrace change
• Associate Degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum one year supervisory and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, prioritization and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) required.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
• the ability to learn and utilize new software and navigate Adecco, client programs and computer with ease.
