Robert Half is currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant for a long-term project for our client, a large financial services company in Cincinnati, OH. Duties: • Responsible for service and support for Personal Trust accounts. • Review, coordination and processing related to opening and closing of accounts, general maintenance, bill payment processing, fee processing, and special projects. • Ensure requests are completed timely, accurately and in compliance with regulatory guidelines and Personal Trust and Asset Management Group policies and procedures. • Assist Relationship Management staff to ensure data integrity. • Provide quality customer service to Relationship Management staff and other internal customers. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
