Banking client seeking individuals for Administrative role in San Francisco. Individual will be responsible for providing basic administrative and clerical support to senior managers and/or office. Individual will be the primary point of contact for all administrative queries such as organizing schedules and correspondence to ensure operational effectiveness within teams. Will follow up on action items, maintain calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, maintains files, prepares correspondence and other presentation materials, and prepares/acts as a pre-verification officer for department expense reports Duties Include: #149; - Drafting correspondences, answering phone calls, coordinating meetings, arranging travels, and ordering office supplies #149; - Answer and screen telephone calls and direct messages to appropriate personnel #149; - Review and sort incoming mail, deliver to appropriate person #149; - Make domestic and international travel arrangements and schedule appointments as needed #149; - Coordinate meetings #149; - Track expenses and manage corporate credit card >>> INTERESTED?
