Position Details:
Position: Admin Asst
Location: Mt Laurel, NJ
Hours: Mon- Fri ( 8:30am- 5:00 pm)
Pay: $19.00/hr

-Between 1 -2 years of relevant administrative experience in an inbound call centre
-Candidate will be provided a bound/ documented script that they will be provided with step by step instructions to deal with the customer/client, they are expected to follow the instructions and able to document the same in the system.
- 2 years exp with MS office with expert level skills with Excel, power point and outlook
- Computer and internet savvy
- Responsible and commitment, work well with others.
- Phone etiquette and client/ customer oriented
- Ability to speak with the management and make powerpoint presentations for the available Data and day to day tasks
- Ability to see any risks/ gaps and alert the team

Nice to have-
Degree, comes back from a financial and banking experience.

Summary: The main function of an administrative assistant/executive assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions. A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office.

Job Responsibilities: Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.

Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required. 0-2 years experience required.
