The Administrative/Human Resources Coach (aka Admin/HR Coach) is responsible for overseeing key support functions at the Flatbed Distribution Center, as well as handling Human Resources tasks. These include supervising a high performing team of Inbound and Outbound Coordinators, Quality Assurance /Inventory Coordinator, and any necessary additional Support Team Members. Additional tasks include managing the facility's Holding Account, and ensuring store claims are processed, inventory discrepancies are resolved, and traffic/transportation issues are addressed. This person is also responsible for hiring, dismissing, and disciplining facility staff, handling payroll and benefit enrollment, and ensuring personnel performance standards are set, monitored, and reviewed.
