OfficeTeam currently is searching for a driven Administrative Assistant who is deeply passionate about growing their career in the Construction/Contractor industry. In this role, you will perform various administrative and office support duties. A short term temporary-to-fulltime opportunity, this Administrative Assistant opportunity is located in the Phoenix, Arizona area. Major responsibilities: • Perform general clerical duties including: photocopying, report binding, faxing, mailing, shipping, filing, meeting and travel coordination, preparing expense reports, ordering supplies and upkeep of production room and equipment • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office and Adobe Professional • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems - Assist with project submittals and agency/client deliveries • Assist Project Managers with contract processes and preparing contract documents, request insurance certificates • Back up receptionist duties (answering phones, sorting and preparing mail/packages) • Successfully work with internal and external clients • Able to balance and manage multiple tasks and priorities • Navigate through word processing, filing, and faxing • Support a variety of projects for other employees Please send resume to Jenna Hubbard at Jenna.Hubbard@OfficeTeam.com
