•Handle the day to day administrative duties for organization •Assist in the following : document flow, handling and routing mail, shipping administrator, data entry, vendor management, office supply, calendar management, coordinating and scheduling appointments, filing and record keeping, administrator for cell phone account •Gathering necessary documentation and data for payroll, corporate expenses, vacation /sick day requests, etc. •Coordinating with internal departments when issues arise or as needed •Collaborate with fellow team members within multiple departments whenever necessary to maintain positive working relationships •Assist in various assignments •Develop a thorough understanding of organizations services and solutions
