OfficeTeam is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant with 2+ years of experience. This is a temporary to full-time opportunity, Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm or 9am- 6pm. This person will report directly to the VP of Administration and Finance and provide support to the team of 15. Key Responsibilities: -Conduct general office duties: answer phones, track office supplies for ordering, maintain paper and electronic files, reconcile expense reports -Interact with clients and research client related requests -Prepare detailed account documents for submission to fund management company -Maintain numerous activity logs -Maintain office and operations calendars and contact database -Manage multiple projects at a time and be able to follow through from start to finish -Complete administrative projects as requested -Types correspondence, reports, forms, and specialized documents related to the functions of the department or division from drafts, notes, or brief instructions -Enters and retrieves data using a personal computer, department-specific software following established formats -Establishes and maintains office files -Researches and complies information from such files -Acts as receptionist and receives and screens visitors and non-emergency telephone calls -Operates standard office equipment -Opens and distributes interoffice and US mail, attaching back-up information -Policies and procedures related to the department or division to which assigned -Use Concur to process expense reports If interested and experienced, please email your resume in WORD format to: carly.tristao@officeteam.com AND kristy.pak@officeteam.com AND rachel.martin@officeteam.com
