OfficeTeam is looking for a results-oriented Administrative Assistant to work with leading companies in the Tri-Valley area. The Administrative Assistant that will be successful in this role is detail oriented, works quickly without making mistakes, is prompt, reliable, takes initiative, creative, proactive, loves to learn and has excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant: - Works well under pressure - Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook - Answer, screen and direct incoming calls as well as handle telephone inquiries - Assist in coordination of meetings, conferences and events - Assist with travel arrangements - File, copy and provide other administrative/clerical support - Special projects as assigned
