OfficeTeam is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to the Technology Advancement Team. This position may perform a wide variety of activities in support of an assigned team(s) as well as serve as a primary resource for information to others. May recommend, interpret, and/or implement company and internal administrative policies and procedures. Essential Duties And Responsibilities - Coordinate managers' schedules and make appointments as required. - Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepares agendas, transcribes meeting minutes, reserves and prepares facilities. - May support resource management and project coordination for the department. - Support budgets and actual costs reconciliation activities as required. - Generate presentation materials, web content and other documentation for the group. - Make travel arrangements and coordinate travel for all team members. - Plan, organize and execute team and department events. - Compose, process, and/or edit Word/Excel Documents and correspondence as requested. - Read and route incoming mail. - Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes. - Conduct research, and compile statistical reports. - Organize and coordinate purchase requisition requests and invoices for the department. - Maintain files and databases for tracking progress on projects within the department. - Provide support for contract tracking, routing and approval - Greet scheduled visitors and escort to appropriate conference room. - Perform general office support duties such as filing, faxing and copying. - Demonstrate honesty, responsibility, integrity and fulfillment of commitments. - Special projects as assigned.
