Office Team is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for a contract - full time position with a passionate non-profit organization in San Francisco. The ideal candidate would have 1+ year experience supporting a CEO or Executive Director of a medium-size office (~30 people). Responsibilities: • Answer, screen and direct incoming calls as well as handle all telephone inquiries for the CEO • Coordinate and set-up meetings • Meeting minutes for board meeting - one meeting per month • Assist with travel arrangements • Preparation and sending of weekly email blast to a selected group of individuals • Prepare expense reports (Excel) • File, copy and provide other administrative/clerical support • Special projects as assigned
