OfficeTeam is currently seeking for a talented Administrative Assistant to help support a team of Business Development Managers at an exciting App Company! Responsibilities: ~Successfully represent to prospective and existing clients by demonstrating a broad understanding of our business and offerings. Direct external and internal clients to resources and use our Brand Center and MS Office Templates to professionally communicate our services. ~As a member of multiple client teams, help maintain and strengthen client relationships by coordinating flow of information from other business units and consultants to clients. Organize client contact information and serve as a liaison between consultants and clients to ensure a high level of customer service is met. May be included in client calls and meetings to take notes or complete specific aspects of a project. ~Prepare high quality, professional deliverables, including responses to requests for proposals, reports, and general correspondence. ~Research and assemble company information about prospects or current clients into standardized company profiles that will educate consultants about prospects. Gather marketing collateral and additional relevant resources, as needed ~Enter and manage sales leads and client profile information into the CRM system, recognizing sales activities to document as they occur. Partner with internal clients to ensure accuracy ~Coordinate client/business development work using resources from various operational units: marketing, sales, accounting, legal, HR and IT ~Manage calendars and schedule meetings and calls with prospects and clients. Provide instruction and occasional help with complicated travel and submission of business expenses ~Collaborate with consultants and accounting to open projects and follow up on receivables as needed ~Handle arrangements for office events, webinars, programs and in-house meetings, including supplies and catering ~Maintain adequate office supplies: order supplies from vendors, ensure deliveries are made and supplies replenished
